I don't understand the big hue & cry the so called Human rights people make !!! Those who have been killed in encounter deserve that punishment without a second thought. This is basically need of the hour in a state like UP & to cleanse the system to bring Law and order back in the state. I fail to understand the same Human rights people don;t make any noise when these criminals mercilessly kill innocent people. We must learn to ignore these criticism and move on to eliminate the criminals from the society.

If someone gets killed from your family ( I don't wish it)by a police bullet, would you call the dead as criminal? Prove the guilt and hang the guilty. Don't shoot because you don't like some people.

Nobody is saying that the criminals must not be punished." BUT WHEN WATER RUNS OVER AND ABOVE THE HEADS, THEN LAW SHOULD BE MADE TO ELIMINATE SUCH ELEMENTS THEN IT WOULD BE AS PER LAW AND CONSTITUTION.
Human Rights are there in our country only for the criminals.When criminals kill a businessman for not paying extortion or Policemen are kiled by criminals,no PIL is filed and no HR Laeyers turn up.Only when criminals are targetted by any govt which is very rare only then the Human Rights lawyers and commissions turn up to defend these people.
