today i have read two articles by Syed Firdaus & Saeed Mirza on Rediff. both these authors paint a very sad picture of my beloved country. In general I am apolitical, but reading such article on regular basis by a particular sect of authors make me look at the collective conspiracy behind it. How come Rediff is repeatedly giving platforms to such article alone. If they are thinking they are making the public awakening they are mistaken. the overrated sense of fear & end of the world stories is making me take a stand against them & their ilk. I am sure thousands like me have the same feeling
Are the human rights for criminals only...?? These priests of Human rights must also be encountered. They are sort of leaches in the Indian society. India will never be crime free due to ppl like them and media like rediff who glorifies such parasites.
U.P. govt is aiming guns only to the gangster who shots bullet at police. Every one has a right to self defence under Indian Penal Code. So it is perfectly legal too.
The PUCL is a fringe NGO working to aid people like NAXALS and other anti-national elements. It should be investigated from where these people get funds for use in the anti-national activities. After long time the UP Government is taking serious action to eliminate criminals from the society so that law abiding people could live in peace. Does "The Constitution" give liberty to criminals to indulge in murders and abductions for money and to beet up and kill policemen who are supposed to enforce law?
I have a rediff mailing account for more than 15 years. I must say that reading what all appears on rediff these days, it appears the editorial board has gone nuts.
