Why KYC required to close non operative Saving Bank Account
by Roopchand Murlidhar Bajaj on Feb 04, 2018 08:05 AM

earlier say 10-15 years back there are no computerized system exist and even exist not linked another branch account so salaried person in pvt. firm change of job on various reasons (strikes/ lay off/ termination/ ask for resigned etc. or for better opportunity is 1 point another point change residence (rental) . SB accounts with different bank or in nearest branch of same bank.

Now no need 1 or 2 bank account is more then enough.

but what for earlier non operative bank account.

I ask here by why KYC require for closer of Non operative account or in case closer SB account.

No. 2 why dormatted when any account non operative for more then 6 month required again KYC (PHOTO Aaddhar, PAN) fingure print & aadhar No. is not enough.

3 when any New account opened with PAN & aadhar both with in 2016 or 2017 why again required by 31 March why not updated

The truth behind all this

People misusing Aadhar card, usurping others benefit
are getting exposed so they are crying that their
privacy is breached. There is nothing like that.

The Central govt.should make Aadhar card compulsory
for diffrent govt.schemes since it is good in long term.

A mountain out of amole
by PC mittal on Jan 18, 2018 10:46 AM

Sh. Nilekani who was picked by Sh. Dr. Manmohan singh to prepare this system has termed it only making of mountain out of a mole. Some new earth or a star has not been searched. It is only an example of some teething problems with a new system as is with GST. Nothing to be so happy and to claim a Noble prize.

The journalist who exposed Aadhaar

She deserves appreciation.
She should see that all who support Aadhar are rigorously cross examined.
All anti-nationals who want our data in foreign hands are supporting Aadhar. India is not self reliant in hardware, software or data protection fronts. In such circumstances full digitisation and Aadhar are dangerous to India's freedom and integrity. With Aadhar linking, face recognition and drones, anyone who criticizes the ruler will be in danger. Democracy will fade away. Scrap Aadhar and Save India. Face recognition is even more dangerous.

Aadhaar leak
by Namakkal Raghavendran on Jan 10, 2018 07:44 PM

What is all this hoo-ha about the leak, as if top secret defense secrets have been obtained by hacking. What is the information that has been captured by Aadhaar system tthat we are not willingly providing to hundreds of organisations every time we get a SIM card open a , bank a/c, invest money in an FD? Anyone who is wanting to access your info can do so by just getting friendly with any low level employee in an one of these organisations. Except our biometric data, every other piece of information is available everywhere. Even the US defense dept gets hacked, only nobody makes a song and dance about it. They quietly find out who did it, how they did it and rectify the situation. At any rate what is the journalist being charged with, has anyone any idea?

by Sanjay Tomar on Jan 10, 2018 09:12 AM  | Hide replies

If some honestly exposing Aadhaar loopholes then UIDAI should investigate & appreciate accept their mistake if reporter done anything wrong need to find proof her wrong or loopholes should be protected. If Reporter want to steal data Aadhaar Data for misused data then why she will inform to UIDAI hence proofed intention of reporter was honest only to cover loopholes security breach should be awarded but punished by filing FIR cannot be accepted. Everyone cannot become slave in front of BJP Government to get scared cannot left work for people safety. Aadhaar data is leaked & getting misused by private company & corporate for their personal benefit known by people is not new thing only reporter exposed the UIDAI Aadhaar data leakage in public not done anything wrong people has right to know the system cheating them in the name of security, safety for people but in reality only exploiting, misusing, cheating people for their personal benefit. Now day’s government is hand in glove with cheater, anti people agenda only to exploit people in the name of working for people. Politician now days agenda is only to cheat people for their personal use that is the reason people becoming frustrated, losing trust in democracy government is not good thing for India.
