I wish to congratulate this journalist and wish it would have been fabulous if this journalistic fervor could be exhibited by our learned media, at the time of UPA when this so-called 'sinister' plan was put on the table and huge public money was doled out to private companies and their high collar executives. Any blemish on the entire ADHAAR system at this time is thrown on the ruling party and opposition is behaving like they did not had the faintest idea about this scheme, for which their very government was the chief architect.
I agree with the journo. The govt's high handedness is clear in this issue. Instead of going after the people who exposed this breach, they should clarify and assuage the people whose data the govt has collected and is now (mis)using
Media should do something to eradicate poverty job losses corruption and black money- the issues which are bothering and affecting the common man. There is no need to do all this and create sensation , this is like any other sting operation and the reporter should have sent the person to jail who was ready to sell the data. The need is to change the national character we Indians do not want to follow traffic rules which are simplest to adhere to so what one can expect.

Dude, do you even know what you are talking about. Today Aadhar no is being linked to everything from bank a/c to credit card to birth certificate, death certificate etc. In one stroke the govt can wipe out by making you completely paralyzed by just blocking your aadhar no. The least we expect is that they have proper security measures in place to protect this data. Whether it is a sting or not is irrelevant. There has been a major hole which has been exposed and it is the UIDAI's onus that they address this issue.
