Can Dalits be Raised to Standards of UpperCastes in 25 yrs? Birth-based caste system, according to which people who carry bad Karma accumulated due to sins in their previous Janma are born into lower castes, is fundamental to HHinduism, though some try to deny that.
I agree that HHinduism is more secular than any other religion in the world, but it needs a more methodical attempt to change the 4000-year old birth-based caste system.
First an authoritarian rule or dictatorship should be imposed and then carry out the following.
1. Impose strict family planning—2-child policy among Dalits.
2. Open English-medium schools in all Dalit colonies. Just to teach English from Class 1 to Class 5 does not cost much or need big infra. This can be easily achieved by reducing the salaries of our useless GovtEmployees by 5%. Or just do not revise the salaries of GovtEmployees for 30 years.
3. From Class 1 to 5 teach mainly English, the same content as a subject in Mother tongue and mathematics. Teach history, science, etc only after 8th class.
4. Make NCC compulsory (with English commands) and train them well in western manners, parallel with Indian manners (of course keep them away from bad habits of the West).
5. Train Dalits to think that they can achieve, win and grow: Change their mindset. Taking min number of English tests and scoring min should be made compulsory for all Dalits, before they can use their reservation certificates.

you should be starting discovery of India again. Madhavrao Peshwa was the one who had advised Bhosale of Nagpur to assist Indians (Siraj Ud Daula) to stop British from moving into Bengal and Bihar. Peshwa's were weak at the time due to defeat at Panipat so Bhosale of Nagpur just ignored the advice and did not send anyone to help Siraj.
Besides this one instance I dont know if Maratha's ever had anything to do with Bengalis or Bengal.

Brahmins & entire Hindu community were not at all ruling the country not atleast in the power since more than 1000 years. India was ruled by Muslims (800 years) and then by Christians (250 years). Just to protect the rights on the Churches built by Westerners in India, they have created the concept of \'Brahminism\' for diverting the attention of downtrodden Harijans (now being called as Dalits) so as to ensure they maintain the Churches built by them and hence converted Harijans into Christianity by coining the term \'Brahmanism\'. But in reality, we all Indians are actually having the \"Breath of Freedom\" only after 1947. In Pakistan and Bangladesh (which were part of our country since ages unknown), the Hindus and Buddhists were completely eliminated irrespective of Caste. So brothers, stop fighting and start thinking the root cause of conflicts. There is no Brahmanism in India at all. This is a fiction coined by some vested interests mostly Kerala and Tamil Nadu Christians. Even if we analyse the conflicts in the name of Dalits arising in different parts of the country, behind the scenes are the Keralites/Tamilian Christians instigating such venomous anti-Hindu feelings among the uneducated Harijans and are inflicting riots. Christianity in India is being spread with Hatred not Love towards each other. Christians should remember that Hindus are very adorable people and they had a long history of great amity and gentlemen relationship with Christ

Need to rewrite history and constitution .otherwise country is in danger due to divisive forces like congress , communist, and foreign religion converts who always shout in the media sometimes openly against nationalism and patriotism.they even question jawans who has exhibited his valour in defending the country.

But there were innumerable hyndu kings all over India who were allowed to rule their small kingdoms for all those centuries by the Mughals as well as the British subject to payment of tribute.
These little kings were given near complete freedom to loot their subjects just like the Mughals and the British looted them !
Poor are there in all class. Rich are there in all class. Educated are there in all class. Critizers are there in all class. Good and bad prevail in all class.As in earlier days, conspiring things against the so called backward class has become impossible now. GOD knows who are all cheaters, especially Brahmin by caste. Brahmins are good by intellect and they are called international jews , India has declined because Brahims are sidelined thanks to those ididots who vote for caste
