sorry
by bnj jha on Dec 26, 2018 04:26 PM

Now it is fashion to blame as sexual harassment. This remind me one Bihar case when a girl alleged that she was raped. When people talked then appeared the man has done nothing wrong as her definition of rape was imaginary. Neither the person has used even bad language, he simple told he will not discuss issue of enemity with a girl but his father with respectable person comes then only discussion will happen.
They virtually made case for his arrest but unfortunately one Postman and one teacher was also sitting there which this girl and his family did not realise. That resulted truth out.
When asked what is arpe girl told hand on my neck.

Ha has . This episode I have seen and now with me too. Let us take Sona case with Anu Malik. What stopped her raisig this now and not then?? EVen true this gives reason for not speaking then??
I know one case when Woman was promoted for favour but for some reason when one year she was not rewarded, she complaint. WHere did crime used to happen, outside office, she had no answer as thiswas 7 year case. SO when allegations made, immediately COmpany should have asked his version of story. ANd then proof of issue to be collected. Then stop both from office till enquiry is over. This must be completed by 15 days.
But we all busy settling score.

All the truths will come out soon. He took one of the female employees to a restaurant where it is alleged, he spiked her drink with some drug. then he took advantage of her when she was in that inebriated state and then dropped her home. At home she vomited and when the inebriated state wore off, she and her friend accosted him. The next day, she complained to the GENPACT authorities and they immediately suspended him. He is obviously guilty. If a man is not guilty, why would he commit suicide? Also, Vishakha guidelines were not followed as they cover only workplace harrassment. This happened outside company premises.

Are you saying he was innocent? If he was innocent, wouldn't he want to live and prove his innocence? The suicide confirms the guilt and not just the guilt but the revulsion from society that he would have to face.

Thats a convenient narrative suiting your side of the story. Since the proofs and evidences are neither available in the public domain or evaluated by a trustworthy organization, the best we can do is to give the accused the benefit of doubt i.e. 'innocent till proven guilty'.

An innocent man would not commit suicide. He would fight the legal case, prove his innocence and then file defamation charges against the parties. Those charges could run into millions. He would really have become a rich man. But is he innocent?

May be you were involved in trapping him. Nowadays, men are using women against another man to settle scores. But even if he was guilty, he should be given a fair chance to put his point according to the law. You are not above law, nor is Genpact.

Amod Karnik, you are a fool of first degree, for talking disrespectfully of a dead person. You will not commit suicide even after murdering someone, because you have a very thick hide.

Name of the hotel visited ????
Time of visit????
CCTV coverage where swaroop and the women can be seen together.
The bill of the hotel????
The kind of drink ordered????
Where was the other girl when drink was spiked????
Besides there are many other unanswered questions?????
Was dismissal a procedure as per the Visakha Guidlines without any enquiry,
Plase do not be emotional ???
Women can be spiteful and use her gender without thinking twice.
More so if she is not able to get promotions / good reports in ACR. etc.
Wish truth comes out and theses people are punished for many years of jail if Swaroop was right

SIr, Have COmpany took all evidence at its table? COnfirnted the employee? I had one experience, when female employee started drinking and halfway party she started vomiting. Npo one was ready to drop her in car as that car will be dirty and who will take responsibility. It was not company function. I had to drop her. Change her cloth got medicine to stop her vomiting.
Whole night I had to be there awake. Next morning when she got normal after tea, I left and found she was least aplogetic.
Had this happen now, she may say I changed her cloth and took advantage.

These are still charges mixed with assumption. What you described could easily be a case of food poisoning that caused the person to feel sick and dizzy and then subsequent vomit. To me its a hasty action from Genpact that created a bigger mess.

Female co workers should stop thinking that their male countepart are sitting in office to entertain them.
Male counterparts are entitiled to mind their business and ignore them. Modus operandi of certain females in officeis to bad moth / assasinate character of male counterparts if they feel ignored

Such incidents vindicate people who believe women should be confined to homes and not suited to work outside.
