It is simply unexplainable that why the Vishakha Guidelines were not followed> It is unfortunate in our country that any woman can accuse anybody for sexual abuse & he is considered Guilty later facing the wrath of the community. Sex is not something which can be forced upon in office. We are not aware what kind of harassment was done , but the company says that there were serious allegations & that too by two girls at the same time . This can be frivolous . Ending one's life is cowrdness. The person involved in illicit sexual relationship , still can continue to be President of the most powerful country & his wife can contest for next presidential election ; We need to look back in such cases, every case is not NIRBHAYA & neither every complaint is true. To ask to leave the office before any primafacae evidence & hint of being guilty , it self is as bad as announcing Guilty , if he is really innocent , what will happen to those two who made the false complaint ? Both of them should be charged with IPC 307 for inducting the homecide. & Even the company officers should be charged & tried for neglegancy causing the death

If at all the guy did something to her did he do in front of 100 people so why then the allegation has to become talk of the town. Ok just fire him dont create a sensation in office. MeToo is good but has to be handled more sensibly so nothing like this happens

These false allegation costing someones life is dangerous for society. With this Men even wont able to work in offices. Government/company need to relook in law. Both should be given fair chance.

Really sorry to hear about this and a family losing a valuable member. If the girls cannot prove their charges with evidence, they must be imprisoned for abetment to suicide. Genpact must be monetarily fined for not following guidelines. People need to use their minds before acting with overzealousness.
It is very unfortunate that this man had to end his life. The girls must be taken to task if they cannot furnish evidence. Genpact must be taken to court and fined severely for acting arrongantly and hastily. The POSH committee that issue the suspension order in violation of Vishaka guidelines must be given a token imprisonment of 1 week or atleast 1 day to send a stern message to companies to NOT play with lives of employees.
