CJI v/s all the rest of bro.judges minus a few??
by daniel thorat on Apr 26, 2018 07:09 PM  | Hide replies

Painful and quite infuriating thing is:A one-man-show person has no capability, basic qualifications, enlightenment, experience, any particular honorable ethos etc. etc.is ruling our nation, in the knowledge that starting with DeMon,GST,other disruptions, denials of Constitutional rights like beef ban etc.,this people/nation is docile enough to make some sounds of a little inconvenience, but swallow and accept all injustice, arrogance and assumed immunity from accountability. More painful and infuriating is the crowd called the Opposition parties. They to are sitting doing absolutely nothing, beyond making some sober, profound intellectual observations. Was this the reason why our dear country was ruled by foreigners for a thousand years?

"no capability, basic qualifications, enlightenment, experience, any particular honorable ethos etc"Is it putting that much criticized comment "neech admi" in English-words elaborately.DEMO critiques should recall that Mrs.G had replied "Chavanji don't we have to win anymore elections."If one is not serious about winning elections DEMO can be gone in for .Would any come forward to tell the logic of 86% HDN in circulation."sober, profound intellectual observations".Is expecting that a deciding authority who would be responsible for anything and everything arising out of his decision must be hen-pecked by a recommendation when he doubt's the suitability and correctness of it is intellectual observation.R.PONNAMBALAM

this people/nation is docile enough to make some sounds of a little inconvenience, but swallow and accept all injustice, arrogance and assumed immunity from accountability. This is also TRUE.There is a great amount of foreign Fund playing into India for so many purposes of ulterior motives like proselytization, cultural attack as in the case of jallikattu(Jallikattu is right or wrong is for us to decide not for GOI to tell) and no account of all such money is coming into public domain.Big money is wasted on the promotion of Pakistan's National language writing it in Devanagri Script and calling it Hindi .There is the practice of casteism calling fellow equal citizens as ,low castes. The Govt. and all political parties had done nothing nothing at all for so long 70yrs when people like E.V.R. Narayana Guru had done yemon service .So what all such of these who speak equality are suspect in their motives. We as a county have be docile lot.A French Author wrote in 14th or 16th centuary'Indians do not bother about society as long as he and his immediate family are not affected. Now my -immediate are not affected;so I have proved that I am Indian if one needs it.R.Ponnambalam

How long will you live like a parasite on society ?
by auryas on Apr 26, 2018 06:50 PM  | Hide replies

How long will you live like a parasite on the society accusing every one around you oppressing you because you are a Dalit, you are a minority and label some political party Anti-Dalit, Anti-Minority and Anti-Poor and Anti-Farmer ?

We are not in 1980s any more. Does any one care these sh^t any more ?

Just because the guy with name JOSEPH is not appointed, the BJP becomes anti-minority ? Then , by the same token, every government preceding BJP was Anti-Hindu government because they striven to suppress Hindu nationalism and made laws based on religions - Minority commission, Minority rights, MPLB and so on.

It is time to grow up and start working hard and have self respect.

The Hindu nationalism chant seems without any basis, anywhere. It can perhaps help in some elections. Every one of us Indians is truly proud, happy and content with the great Indian culture we have. It is that culture that gives us the joy of living. Alas, even that great culture is being attacked, challenged and looked down upon. The culture is a composite thing without contradictions, disputes, differences. That is not so with the nationalism talked about. Sir Arnold Toyanbee did not show anywhere that from Kadhmir,Indus, Ganga, Arunachal, to UP, MP, Bihar Rajasthan, Maharashtra, etc.and down to Kanyakumari, there was ever one single nation fitting into that definition for thousands of years! The proof lies in the sharp and severe contradictions known to all.The diversity is that proof. We are all one nation, but not necessarily a Hindu nation.

The culture is composite;it will ever remain composite.Hinduism as practiced in what you say Kanyakumari is not what it is practiced in Punjab."The culture is a composite thing without contradictions, disputes, differences."WELL SAID AND IS TRUE Nationalism concerns itself with the material well being of the Nation not the spiritual enlightenment and upliftment which is the domain of Religion.Like water and oil they never mix.R.PONNAMBALAM

The PM and PoI by virtue of their posts , along with the cabinet committee can ask the
collegium resposnible for judicial appointemnst to review a particular instance in the
event of extraneous considerations are suspected to have played role in the appointments
and not merit.

In the case of this guy Joseph, it looks like communists are eager for his appointment
as Kerala Laywers lobby tried to exert pressure on the CJI / Collegium some time ago.

The opposition toxic trash in his country is resorting to down right desperate tactics
to malign the judiciary by casting baseless accusations.
