I have gone through the entire discussion by Mr. Krishnan. But is he clarified why such act are there to arrest any Officer of just a complain of SC/ST. Is he agree to provide reservation on the basis of Cast? if so why? Why not it on economic basis? Why reservation giving in jobs/promotion on cast basis? Reservation becaome a psychology of a group, real pooer of SC/ST are nt getting any benifits. The verdict of SC is a welcome stand, If the reservation continue the most worst day in our society will be imminent. Group clash social unrest will b the alternative result of this cast base reservation. Facilitate to poor people is our duty but this doesn't means deprive the rights of other i.e the general cast.

Because Uppercastes exploited the Dalits/OBC for 5000 yrs.,hence reservation is on the basis of caste!!!!!!!!!!!

Basis of the constitutional jurisprudence is that "Let 100 criminals go unpunished, but not even one innocent should be punished."(which is what is happening today, hundreds of criminals are roaming scottfree, for want of admissible evidence.) THIS PRINCIPLE CAN NOT BE APPLIED SELECTIVELY. So many criminals are leaving courts unpunished, and later bragging. Bombers of Knishka are roaming scott free even after their phone conversation recording is available, bragging about bombing. Court said that evidence is inadmissible on technical grounds, no prior permission was in place for recording. Are Dalits above the law, that a law with loopholes (for misuse ), should exist for their benefit? Would Hon BR AAmbedkar have approved of it? SC/STs and OBCs are being harrassed because nobody dares to give evidence against a caste person? Have they forgotten Dadua of Southern Uttar Pradesh Bundelkhand area, who was SC/ST/OBC, well protected by his clan and caste, no one was daring to give evidence. Thanks to Mayawati, he was finished. What about Veerappan, protected by forest dwelling tribes?
Totally illogical idea. Hey, justice is often not a MOB justice as his demand for "hearing" 300 mm. It is to protect the most impacted, the single person who this Act hurt by its senseless application, the single person who is harassed in the name of this draconian "law". So please read some basics about law and jurisprudence, then talk. Same logic, the judges have heard the please of the other 1 billion...who have been victimes of this "law". Very retrograde thinking man , and we understand his age and being out of touch is the problem. No amount of divisiveness of anti-national "re*di*ff would change that.

If the court should have heard all the "backward classes" then by the same argument the other remaining non-backward classes should also have been heard. How illogical is this suggestion. How long are these people going to remain backward? Dr.Babasaheb Ramji Ambedkar was also against permanent reservation and he had suggested special privilege only for first 10 years.
