Right, going by the moderators' deletions; they don't like logic and facts. ivisive and abusive posts are shown uncensored. Logical and Factual mails are deleted. If they find the post too full of facts, they confirm the mobile number, and pass it on for putting on surveillance.

The Sc logic is warped.It is like setting fire to a house to eliminate pests.Legal provisions are misused not only in Sc/ST cases but also in cases like harassment of women.that doesnot mean that the provisions in the Act should be diluted.We used to hold the judiciary in very high esteem.It looks as though the members of the judiciary have developed feet of clay.

LEGAL PROVISIONS ARE MISUSED?????? ..... Murderers of Jessica Laal were not punished by court. Perpetrators of Jalgaon Video Rape cases were not punished by Court. They are still free. Despite the criminals owning their act, and victims identifying them. Why? because there was no magistrate present when evidence was recorded. Saif Ali Khan and His Father were not punished for poaching wild life. Why? Arjun Singh had a deer in his private kothi, which killed one security person. This happened in late 90s. Deer was eight year old. Wildlife act was in force since 1984. Arjun Singh said that deer was there since before 1984. No one was punished. ARe we fools?

The original reservation was only for 10 years. These bureaucrats joining hand with the politician had extended this for 70 years without any proper basic of study. Now this retired man wants SC to hear the 300 Mns people. Suppose rest 700 Mns come to street then also the SC should listen to that. That way no government works. This suggestion is ridiculous.

My Eyes & conscious can not believe such kind of response(beating,smashing) the common people of any gender by Police. No law permit (in 2018) but even then no one take notice of this violations.
