It is true that Mr. Jaitley expressed nuances for opposition to make disruption as strategy for government to discus the points the opposition insists to discuss. He also said that the responsibility of running Parliament is that of the Ruling party or treasury benches. Both the above ideas were only nuances and had no backing of the Constitution of India or conventio. In realty each Government has its associated opposition. Without association there is no Government. It is the responsibility each and every parliamentarian to see that proceedings of Parliament runn smoothly and all emotional vibrant and blatant wrongs done by ruling party can be discussed and debated objectively and with cool mind employing best behaviour, depth of knowldge, knowledge of facts, with g Evenb congress used to tell Jaitleu Ji that his ideas and sction are wrong. Today The Congress and Opposition is copying a wrong thing from Jaitley Ji and worst part is that they are not ashamed of it even before the respectful and respected electorate of India which continuously is suffering from unconstitutional conventions of parliamentarians. If the opposition and Congress does not correct their mistake of disrupting proceedings of Parliament they would also be hooted out of Parliament the very first day they take seats of treasury benches after 2019 elections. This mistake of making Parliament letting not function will otherwise will never make Congress and opposition to take the treasury benches seat

@Kuldeep Chandra:
Effectively, what you are saying is that even the BJP has been guilty of using disruption as a weapon, as the AIADMK is using today.
I don't think the Cong party has indulged in disruption in this session of the LS. In fact, Cong, TDP, CPI(M) and many other parties have been trying for the past 10 days or more, to dissuade the AIADMK from disrupting, so that the NC Motions can be taken up for discussion.
SIGNIFICANTLY, there has been NO SUCH ATTEMPT from the BJP to reach out to AIADMK to stop the disruptions (there may well have been secret talks of BJP with AIADMK to CONTINUE the disruptions)
I see that in your message above, you have repeatedly mentioned the Congress as a disruptor. (Disclaimer--I am not a Cong supporter, and I pray that Cong stays buried at ZERO at least in Andhra Pradesh)
Are you not aware that ever since the NC Motion Notices were started, it is the AIADMK alone that is disrupting LS for the past 10 days or more?
Yes, the same AIADMK that is being remote controlled from the NDA after Amma's death.

very true...it is not congress who is responsible for no work...
--1--MPs need to have the right to recall LS Speaker or RS Chairman
--2--Have a Trio of Speakers with representation from Opposition parties, instead of having a single Speaker who shamelessly abuses his/her Almighty powers in the ruling partý's favor.
--3--Apply a formula by which, if any ruling party fails to fulfill any of its campaign promises or manifesto items, that party's future voting strength in Parliament will be automatically reduced by 5% for every broken poll promise.

Absolutely correct.
No Pay. And ...
If the BJP, the largest party in Parliament says it is acceptable to them then it should be acceptable to the rest of the stupidos and sickos who climbed on to the BJP bandwagon, called YenDiYay! That is the only way to penalize those who disrupt parliant too.
Penalty for one and all. Including the Speaker/s please.
No exceptions at all.
That's the only way to teach all the faltoos Raj Nitie.
