An MP who does not know the legalities can not talk about the right of ban by air lines. In fact he should be banned from political life for his arrogance and goondaism in public. It is very unfortunate to the country to have such goons as representatives of the people.

It surely invites a national condemnation. The criminal and dangerous MP is talking of Constitution, when he himself has violated it so brutally. But, the Airlines are also at fault. They must have bouncers and settle such matters and govt.-loyal MPs amicably then and there, in such a way that the offending MP himself avoids or refrains from flying for a fortnight at least.

When it comes to 'Privileges' of Elected Reps and Bureaucrats, nothing will change in this New India! Change is nothing bt a LIP SERVICE. Instead they will change to law if Needed to protect their Class from the Cattle Class.
it is time that shiv sena MP who took law into his hand and assaulted a 62 years senior citizen Air india duty officer be booked under the law for preventing a govt employee in discharging his duties. in case the Sansad cant take action then he should be given punishment for at least full day standing in house without perqusites and salary etc.
