the fact that he is 90 % disabled prevents him from actually carrying out naxalite activities but it in no way precludes him from carrying out these activities through his writings and speech. He has undergone a fair trial and has been convicted by a court of law.

Sir, Why all the disabled are not being arrested, why one? How Indian Legal System worked against him? Leave all goons, Aseemanand and others, what the mistake of this man? Without going into any merits just as is was sent to jail or so? Maoists say, if somebody was killed by them, he is informer or against revolutionary, is that legal? Police were killed by Maoists, no civil liberties organ or any activist never say a word, can't they human? Maoists killed by Police total media irrespective of print, electronic, social,etc., cry foul, why this disparity? Intellectuals need to discuss all in threadbare but not one sided.Fighting against your own Constitution, your own nation by killing spree needs to be allowed? Think a while please.

there are so many ways to fight injustice.killingand sabotages are not the solutions. a highly educated idiot like him do not deserve any mercy even with 90% disability.

It is not. In certain cases like this it might be ( not sure) but then there are cases where lower courts does disaster due to either not understanding laws or corruption. In that case higher court or supreme Court is necessary so that people gets justice
The lady needs to be saluted for standing by her husband. Just like a mother can see no wrong even in a prodigal son, she is a devoted wife. I salute her.
