It is inhuman to punish a disabled man, for whatever he believes in. Should an intellectual be treated like this. Where are maoists and where is naxalism. If at all it is existing, is it more dangerous than the corruption, dowry system, caste system that we are subjected to. Poor man, if required house arrest him than sending him to prison for life.

Highly misleading question to divert the attention based on sympathy.Guilty needs to punished whether abled or disabled..No one is afraid..except the guilty.
According to his wife , he is good. The law of the land calls him bad, the judges agree to it .So all these people are wrong & she & her husband are right. Then she claims , why are they afraid of someone who is disabled 90% . Just being disabled doent mean that he is not of criminal mind or ant0-nationalist mind. The law has taken the decison & it is in the interest of everyone to respect the law. Your crocodile tears have no value here.

of it all, the labours of the sessions court in Chattisgarh are going to go in vain anyway !
Considering that the Bombay high court has overturned or diluted every order of the sessions court on Saibaba in the same case, it is going to do the same in the matter of the sentence too !
Too bad that there are higher courts for the defence to seek justice !!
