This guy, saibaba. Is a blot on India. Where teachers are revered for there character, integrity. It is not about equality or constitutionality but about morality. Teachers carrying out seditionist activities and treason should not only be sentenced for life even if they are handicapped but need to be hanged. With their knowledge they spread venom in society.

of it all, the labours of the sessions court in Chattisgarh in sentencing Saibaba to life imprisonment are going to go in vain anyway !

Considering that the Bombay high court has overturned or diluted every order of the sessions court on Saibaba in the same case, it is going to do the same in the matter of the sentence too !

Too bad that there are higher courts for the defence to seek justice from !!

Blame the high courts and the Supreme court for that !

The administration of justice should be left entirely to nook and cranny sessions and district courts, right ??

I will not blame since I see courts punishing now like the current one. You blame since you are a Maoist sympathizer

Well and good. And it should be left to the courts and the due process of law in every case !

So, let us see what the Bombay high court has to say about the sentence passed by the sessions court !

Who is afraid, Rediff? Is sending a criminal to jail being afraid? Never expected Rediff to be so stupid.
