No. But what is told about him is not fully correct. He returned the bill which would have given power to govt. to open any post, parcel articles.
Politics of highest chair is played on the roots of hate, Modi or any spokesperson never told that Kovind is a dalit, rather we have come to know for the first time, but all opposition is playing dalit card, as if in this country, only dalits live and others have no place here. Soul of Ambedkar must be highly upset in the heaven, if such hate spreading continues.

opposition spokesperson never told that Mira Kumari is a dalit that you people assume that or you know about Mira Kumari that why. you never agree that you make mistrake but blame that for other person i make mistrake . this is call blaming people.
AFTER THIS RSS-CAME TO POWER RAPES OF DALIT-WOMEN HAVE INCREASED TO THOUSANDS EVERYDAY ALL OVER COUNTRY.

BUT TAX RATES HAVE BEEN INCREASED SO GST OF CONGRESS HAS NOT BEEN IMPLEMENTED BUT TWISTED TO GIVE MORE PAIN TO PUBLIC WHO HAS BEEN VOTING FOR THEM FOR LAST THREE YEARS OR THE OFFICERS KNOWING THESE POLITIICIANS ARE IAS FAILED OR FAKE-DEGREE HOLDERS MANAGED TO FOOL-THEM SURELY AS EVEN OFFICERS WANT THESE PEOPLE OUT OF POWER.

The would be President will wherever he has to sign whether it is a dotted line or straight line but after reading. But he would not be so much low to say openly that he would sign blindly or would not hesitate to sweep the floor of his mentor if told to do so.
Sir,the constitution says that he can send any bill back only once and for the second time he has to sign? Further,he is mostly a dignified figure head.So,why this unnecessary confusion?
The post is based on certain hypothetical questions. Siva Sena proposed the names of Mohan Bhagawat & M S Swaminathan. No Sarsangha Chalak will come for the job of President as everybody with minimum commonsense know. In the case of Swaminathan, how can anyone except him as a quarreling President? The President's job is not to quarrel with his Prime Minister. He is the Constitutional Head.
But, the author of the post, Amulya Ganguli consider the quarreling nature of a person is the basic qualification for the office of President.
