He needs?
by V Nagarajan on Jan 18, 2018 09:26 AM

He needs a lot of hard work if he has to win elections?Sitting at home and making statements won't do?
Presently he has not even announced his party name, symbol and manifesto?Time is running out.

They want to live on shelter of a leader, so that they can enjoy their poor corrupted life cheating one other, now Rajini is the one goat ready to be sacrificed in the TN political ritual. Lets see how the goat withstand till the end or run away in the middle.

Tamilians invariably vote for non-Tamilians. This is a strange phenomenon noted possibly only in this state

What's your definition of a Tamilian? A Tamilian is a resident of TN, can speak the language fairly well and most important cares for the cause of its people which I am sure Rajinikanth will more than all the other so called Tamilian crooks. I don't know if he will be successful, but I do know he is a good person and will at least try hard to serve people unlike all other "Tamil" politicians. Everyone that jumps into politics does so for 3 things - money, fame and power. Rajinikanth at this age has nothing personal to gain getting into politics - he has more money than he or his family would ever need, he has more fame than anyone can ever desire or can get. Power is perhaps the only thing he hasn't had and I don't believe this is to do with becoming powerful. He is simply too good and simple to seek power.
Even though he isn’t Tamil by birth, he is a Tamil at heart and raised his family as such. I am totally okay with him becoming the leader of this state. As corrupt and bad as Jayalaitha was, at least she was a strong leader that was capable of standing up to the evil in Delhi and the state now needs someone that has people’s confidence. In today’s scenario, there’s no one better than Rajini.

@wcpak, sorry I don't understand your question. That said, whatever is on the internet is public information and you are free to use it in anyway you see fit.

Tamil Nadu and its politics
by H.S.K. Saheb on Jan 01, 2018 10:17 PM

Tamil Nadu politics is the mixture of emotions, drama, pride, culture of freebies and to some extant cast equation.
To repeat the history, so called honest, pro poor. non-corrupt, unbiased, darling of the masses invited to preside over and do the political permutations and combinations meant for people's welfare. This system well suited for the leaders who swear by the name of their supremo, and a win win situation for the followers to enjoy their share of goodwill.
TN,once upon a time well known for men of great political sagacity and good administration and governance has to wait for some one from film industry to take charge of power once again and don the mantle of a messiah. It is left to the people, to do and undo the system.
