TREATMENT FOR ALL OR EDUCATION FOR ALL OR SECURITY FOR ALL
by sanjay kulshrestha on Aug 02, 2016 10:17 AM

Govt Should assure us regarding
treatment for all
education for all
security for all
child labour automatically control
how much cost of treatment , how much cost of education in India
if we are collecting tax from each and every Indian why do not assure them for free treatment , free education or only treatment and only education should be there

it is a defunct system friend, if the kids are well fed and taken care off, better to keep them there, rather than unfolding more serious problems for them once they are out of job, they might end up anywhere, begging on street, human traffickers, organ traffickers, or even they are killed if the traffickers are chased by police, so it'd be better to over see them from distance that they are well kept unless govt. intervenes wholeheartedly you cannot do much...

Everybody says no to child labor, but no one thinks the road ahead for those needy children. can anybody tell what will happen to them once they quit their job? who will feed them? who will fund those for their school? Can a chaiwala or samosa-bhel wala bear the cost of adult labor at his stall? Of-course not. People don't have money for the school expense, uniform, food, that's why the ask their children to earn some bucks in a day or help their parents in their business.

Please dont give example like unicef and other NGOs. these are just puppets of politicians. they dont reach to every children. few glamorous shows on channels like ndtv with the help of some beautiful bollywood faces, sitting in a flashy studio, wont help every children in the country.

Frist stop begging
by human on Jun 27, 2016 12:34 PM  | Hide replies

Without stopping begging you can not or should not ban child labour. The govt should provide basic necessities to all the citizen first than apply this. I feel it is better to have child labour than infant beggers..

I totally agree with you. In each of the signal the children beg or try to cursory clean your car and ask for money. Then there are those selling flowers and pencils and books etc. Most of them below 15 , and then there are women carrying children and begging? I have not seen any decline or any effort by the govt centre or state to improve the life of a these!! For decades!!

Agree with you. Child labour can only be stopped if and when every home in this country has enough food for two times. I wonder what the hue and cry is about child labour? Then what about young actors, all these tv shows etc etc where parents and producers make children slog to bring glory, fame and money to the parents. Is this called white collared child labour and the other blue collared child labour? Its easy to say stop child labour, come down to the ground reality and you will know what hunger and starvation can do? Provide these basic necessities then talk about stopping child labour. Instead make the rules strict against exploitation of child labour and keep a tab on the ones exploiting children, but if they are not exploited then why should they be deprived of their livelihood?

CHILD LABOUR
by santosh on Jun 27, 2016 12:28 PM  | Hide replies

Implementation of laws is a big question in our country. In spite of anti child labour law, we see so many underage children working every where. I surprised what the labour officers and their teams do ? Sometimes the news of raids do published but its result is again in question. In fact, individual person must take it very seriously then only this problem will get solved. People are not sensitive enough when they see little boys working . If they start opposing then the situation will change.

the real fact is - if a person is poor - does he get free quality education no , even though free education is given till class 8 or so -- many drop out from school , because no money in family .another issue who will give money -- so child labour cannot be 100 % eliminated --- just by saying stop child labour / and making laws will not solve the issue -- but make it more problematic because those who provide labour like Waiters in hotels / or working in retail shops etc will not get work and will be left with financial issues -- if they dont get work -- Hence govt should make a law as below -- Child should work not more than - 4 hours and work will not be physically harmful for health -- and the empolyer will pay for his School education - special schools with 5 hour quality teaching only should be made for these -- so the child can work / earn and attain school with engagement of 9 hour per day -- rest time can be given for study / play and sleep /

this act is tooth less.
To get a clear picture, actual current state wise statistics is to be published. just a status change report is of no use.
