The foreign policy of this Government lacks purpose, vision and direction and is meandering along in a hapzhard fashion with U turns being the leit motif especially when it comes to diplomatic engagement with Pakistan and China.
The way Pakistani establishment cancelled the talks after the Pathankot attack only serves to demonstrate as to how an aggressor from whose soil, the terror originated took up the position of an aggrieved party and was dictating terms to the offended party by taking up a high moral ground. This is despite extracting undue concessions from the Indian side even admitting the ISI as part of surveillance and inquiry committee investigating the terror attack.
Simply this Government lacks gravitas in its foreign policy and is making the Country a laughing stock.

It is you who exhibit lack of intelligence by writing useless comments without any application of mind and make yourself a laughing stock.

@ If what you say is right, it is probably not more of a laughing stock than what MMS and others did during their tenure. Sharm-el-Sheik is the key evidence of the brilliant economist turned former Prime Minister.
India has a 3 tier rule.Central,State and the local bodies.Unless all the 3 pull together,no progress can take place. In fact, the state Govts can show a lot more achievement than the Center, because it has lot more powers. Still Mr N Modi and his team can show a lot more progress. Instead of doing what he wants,he must do what people want/need.
We have not seen any politician equal to Modi in terms of untiring work, patriotism, secular, loving all and trying to pursue everyone for better ties.

BUt this 56"" chest man cannot show his chest to foreign countries. Diplomact doesnt work that way!
India does not need a PM who wanders around the Globe, we need Sardar Patels and Sanjay Gandhis with steel power and do what they say, they didnt create aura around them, but tried to create a golden path for India, they live for India they died for India, they didnt create media hype or chamchas to chant their names.

Only a brainless person like you only praise Sanjay Gandhi and compare him with Sardar Patel. By the way who has asked your opinion whether you want Modi or not. The people of India has given him and his party an absolute majority in the parliament to rule at the center.

The biggest proponent of partition of the Country was the power hungry Sardar Patel. Get facts right.

Absolutely correct,Sardar Patel was the main cause of India's partition. Lord Mounbatten's autobiography mentions Patel's divisive role.

Mr Ahuja , you dont have to say anything about the major role of Mr. Jinnah who was very adamant for partition of the country ?

@ Mr Ahuja! You seem to be suffering from selective amnesia, an affliction very common to several historians. You need to look at more books than just the one referred by you. Just for the record, the partition came about purely at the adamant attitude of Jinnah. He wanted to create a nation for Muslims and go on history books as the only person who realized this for them.

Mr Vasco, you comment about Sardar patel clearly show that you have lost balance of your mind .

@ Mr Arora : I hope you are not playing a harsh prank by mentioning Sardar Patel and Sanjay Gandhi in the same breath. Who are you trying to pillory and euologize at the same time? Curious to know.
Despite elections taking place in no less than 4 important states, the kraaa....kraaaa......maaak....kraaa......kraaaa......grating voice in the kindi language that hounded commoners so incessantly during the Delhi and Bihar elections is missing !

Delhi required odd even CM's! Kejri on Odd day and Sisodiya on Even day. Because both of them does nothing other than getting VIP treatment.

This man Kejriwal has so far miserably failed in fulfilling any of his poll promises to the voters of Delhi. He is not interested in work and welfare of the people of Delhi. His main interest is cheap gimmicks, dirty politics and nautanki.
Why is he being addressed as Ambassador although RETIRED. Is an ambassador to be always addressed as ambassador even after retirement? This privilege is not available even to the president, leave aside Prime Minister or ministers. Even military officials , use retired in brackets. Only a medical doctor or a scholar doctor(Ph.D) is privileged to keep on using Dr. for the life time. virendra
