Idiot, your sinister talk is giving the impression that you mean tax payments of communal segment is the probate to such communal wills to stand against our National integrity! The question is when are you going to become Indian; not whether you pay tax or not. Are you dared to say your Madrassas on Indian soil shall hoist flags on Aug 14, only if it is Pakistani one?

why only Madrassas on the hit list. do ved shastra shalas run entirely on their money? do all of then hoist tricolour?
India and Indians are rather Timid & Weak when it comes to Enforcing Rules for this particular community.
I agree wholeheartedly that All Indians (Irrespective of Religion), All Hindu Temples, Ashrams and Organizations should Hoist an Indian National Flag with their own money to prove their Loyalty to Homeland - This is the Least respect we can give to Our Nation and The Brave Armed Forces who have Sacrificed their Lives to Save India till date.
If not then they must be penalized no matter who they are and whatever background they may have.
No compromises in this issue after 68 Years of Independence it should be made mandatory for all of us.

An insane thought! The Petition will certainly be dismissed on the grounds that it is not a public interest litigation but solely targeted a particularly faith run institutions! By the way, hoisting no national flag on Independence Day or Republic Day not an offence and not amounting to belittling or showing any disrespect to the national event! What is offence is that any Muslim madrasas hoisted Pakistan Flag on their Independence Day! In this case, the Petitioner motive is not a holistic one but create confusion amongst public hence no grounds to entertain as per Constitution of this Country!
Its True that they dont feel pride on unfurling National Flag rather they are happy on 14th Aug you know the reason why.And I dont know what they teach in there but there teachings should be monitored and analysed.
Oh, It is great thought, why not.If Muslims are staying in India,they must live as Indians. Tax payer money(Grants to Madrasas) to be rightfully used.Some orthodox Muslims are enemy of themselves.They do not want their community to rise.
