muslims have more than 15 % population and they are less than 2% or even 1 % in govt jobs give reservations according to populations then muslims will feel that they are equals.

Dear friend dont talk irrelevent.Pl.let us know your views on respect to national symbols. Here we are not talking about jobs and reservation. That means a person not getting reservation should not respect to national symbols is it what you want to say.

If you want the equal rights and education, jobs etc. then stop going to madaresa, go to government school follow their syllabus, come to the main stream, who stops you from doing so? appear for competitive exams, do not ask for reservations go on merits, no one in India will stop you from doing so because you are Muslim.

Kindly give-up the reservation that you people get in OBC and then you have the authority to question the SC/ST reservations. Till then dont talk non-sense and neither you are eligible to talk about it.

Reservation is not for all, its only 50% reservation in totality, be a part of remaining 50% who stops you from that?

I think celebration of Independence Day or Replublic day has nothing to do with any particular religion. As Indians, all of us should celebrate these events together and at least wish each other on the occassions of festivals of respective religions....

Unfurling the tricolour
by Ravi Mannethu on Sep 03, 2015 04:50 PM

Ajeet Gaur has brought out a valid point. Not only he but also many in many different States have noticed this irresponsible behaviour from a section of the Muslim brothers. They breathe the same Indian air and live in the same Indian soil and enviornment and eke out a living as Indians.Still a microscopic minority,I should say,of Muslims betray their motherland. The should be given sufficient grant to run their madressas;at the same time they should give their wards direct direction in nurturing Indian nationalism.Being a member of any religion one can be a Indian to the core.First we are Indians then we are anything else.Let unadulterated wisdom dawn on the deviating sheep!

Uniformity is needed.

If every private Madarsa has to unfurl the National Flag, then so must every private Vedic School, Temple, Church, Gurudwara and RSS Shakha as all these organizations dispense knowledge. Let there be uniformity else it would seem like biased imposition.

Every educational Institution should unfurl the National flag on Republic Day and Independence Day. Temples, Churches and Mosques are not educational Institutions. Madrasa is an educational institution. A Jug head will not understand this.

Ashrams are not educational institutes, but what ever asharam I have visited , I have seen pictures of bharat mata, gandhi atleast, the doubt will crop up , if these types are actions are supported.

hoisting of National Flag
by surinder goel on Sep 03, 2015 04:35 PM  | Hide replies

It is true that right from childhood we are pumping in our children that we are Muslims & so on. By the time they grow become hard liners & fanatics. A little question asked from them about their conduct/ religion Make them to boil. I was working in REC Silchar during 1978-1982.I asked one of my colleague the significance of type of Trousers they wear. Instead of replying, he retorted back to make shut. Like this there are very many instances which can be narrated.

Simply because of behaviour of one of your freind you can not brand entire muslim community in such way.Madarsha do celebrate independent day and republic day but in their limitation.Flag hosting is very much there but they prefer sara jahan se accha... instead of jana gana....
