It is a pity that we are having a democracy,which nurtures political scoundrals.We saw one rogue in kerala ministry,some years back,who proposed to one senior IAS lady and now also he is in the LDF fold here.
It is a pity that political leaders, who are incapable of clearing the civil services examinations can deal as they please with officers who have risen to their posts solely on their intellectual merits.
The way this has been handled is unfortunate. Its time that people make these politicians realize that incidents like these will result into lost votes.I think its time for election commission to start a website on which name of all the politicians should be available where people of their constituency can say yes or no against their names and if certain numbers of no are cast then election commission should terminate that legislature and call for fresh elections. Its only way to check and balance.

what you are talking is right to recall a elected MLA or MP.I am surprised why the legeslation is not passed or even election commissioner has brought to the notice of legeslative asseblly?I am sure not a single politician is interested in this as they will be not answarable but fired too.
