It seems that now BJP is going Congress way in transferring govt officers without making a note of misbehaviour.Mr Modi should come forward in this issue and restore the SP and Vij should be shunted out for defaming the dignity of a woman and BJP image.

Read this with an unbiased mind: "Yesterday, one NGO complained to police, but she (Kalia) shouted back at the NGO asking why it was complaining to the minister. That itself shows that she is not cooperating," he told reporters."

To any reasonable person, it would be apparent that it was the cop who was at fault. The minister deserves our support.

She was not allowing NGO and people to directly complain to minister their problems probably paranoid her inefficiency was exposed. How does that make her a brave role model and worthy and minister wrong?

Let executive be separated from legilature
by Manian on Nov 29, 2015 12:53 AM  | Hide replies

An independent Judiciary has helped the country and similarly it is high time that executive functions should not be under Legislature. Let legislature stop with legislation and if executive also gets created as an independent body the amount of corruption and corrupt officials would be very negligble and they will not dance to the tunes of the elected representative who use them as filth today. Executive should function independently to take india forward in all front

The Minister is the TOP executive. Every citizen has a right to approach the Minister or even the PM directly. See mygov[dot]nic[dot]in The Minister has a duty to listen to listen complaints from citizens.

The NGO complaints to Minister....
by Vikas Bhatt on Nov 29, 2015 12:43 AM

....and the cop doesn't like it and tries the people from approaching a Minister with their problems and it is the minister's fault? The lady cop clearly was trying to cover up and ensure the complaint didn't reach higher ups and deserved action. For a change the minister is trying to help people and the cops act spoilsport and we blindly blame the minister?
