Lotus failed to bloom because
by ashish tiwari on Nov 11, 2015 06:17 AM

Lotus is dependant on hindoo unity.

When hindoos get fooled and divided into castes by anti-hindoo forces and vote along with the dedicated muslim votebank which is always ready to vote against BJP, they win.

When hindoos unite, BJP wins.

people who would surely have lost a lot of momentum in what they were doing till the Bihar election results came out. Some of them are :

1. Anupam Kher. This little clown thought he had just found a way to break into some big league by sucking up to Narendra Modi and the RSS. He had discovered that returning awards by writers, artistes, film makers, etc. *in the name of intolerance* was not warranted at all. He will be one man who can be guaranteed to become much quieter now.

2. Fringe groups who derive their vision from the Sangh Parivar. They were springing out in increasing numbers seemingly from nowhere and wreaking havoc across the country with their slimy communal stuff and thought they will go on for quite awhile, assured that Komaaaali Modi will not be stopped and that he will be invariably winning elections. It should be a good bet to say that such groups will return underground to hibernate again !

3. Innumerable little BJP leaders across the country who had begun to compete with each other in public to reflect Komaaaaali Modis arrogance and shallow and simplistic arguments. They will certainly be more muted and cautious in the coming days. In fact, the difference in the style of arguing in TV debates by the puny leaders of the BJP in Kerala in the past two days has been very striking.

4. The RSS and its many affiliates. It can be assumed with reasonable certainty that the tempo with which the Sarsangchalak and his deputies have been coming out on record with

unsolicited advice for people and the nation will rather drop in the coming days.

5. And finally, the Komaaaaali and Amit Shah themselves will most certainly make it clear that they have suddenly lost interest in being so shrill with whatever they have to say ! They will speak in more civil tones and be less provocative in content !

Who said BJP lost in the election? Actually BJP has beaten squarely the other national party the congress..... The other parties are regional outfit fit for the state. BJP is a bigger entity. Its spread is not only in BIHAR but all over in INDIA and no wonder across the WORLD and soon will be to the universe if ISRO helps.....

On the opposite it is a signal to modi that dont try to be secular.. muslims will never vote for you so you should unite hindoos as you did in Gujrat and UP.

Analysis of results
by The Leader (View MyPage) on Nov 08, 2015 04:48 PM

In the last elections, BJP JDU won more than 200 seats reducing RJD to 22 and congress to 3. This time around, JDU RJD Congress have manged to win 180, which is still less than the 220 that JDU won along with BJP last time. On the other side, BJP along with a minro parties like LJP and new untested entities like HAM and RLSP managed to stop the tally of JDU RJD_Congress to a figure less than what was won by JDU BJP last time. The real winners in this election are RJD and Congress. Both have managed to revive themselves at the expense of JDU and BJP. Vitory of Nitish is just a charade. This election has proved that Nitish minus BJP plus others is less powerful than Nitish plus BJP. The addition of both RJD and Congress has not been able to fill the void left by BJP.

Re: Arrogance is the reason
by Manoj Kumar (View MyPage) on Nov 09, 2015 10:49 AM
There is only one reason why BJP lost in Bihar.. That is because RJD JD(U) and congress teamed up and therefore arithmetically they got more vote shares and therefore BJP had lost. The story is simple.. There is nothing that we can blame BJP for it. This is not a fair fight at all.. THis is coward fight where two persons teamed up to fight one person... So, lets stop blaming BJP for it.

I hope BJP didn't team up. May be other team members did not show that well but I am afraid it appears on paper BJP also had alliance partners.....

typical BJP follower.. Chit bhi meri and pat bhi meri... never accept defeat and ur mistakes... wasn't Ram Vilas Paswan, Manshi and Kuswaha in Modi team fighting this election togeather, so how can u say two ppl fighting with one... Modi lost because of his communal agenda by trying to divide ppl of this country on communal line....its democracy and win of secular forces... accept it and i pray he learns n lesson from this n changes his attitude...

No Sir.. we accept defeat...when anti-hindoo forces succeed in dividing hindoos in castes, muslim votebank is always ready to take them to victory.

When hindoos unite, no one can stop bjp.

Main reason
by vilas apte on Nov 09, 2015 06:31 PM  | Hide replies

The main reason for BJP's rout in Bihar was the PM's arrogance. He had cut himself off from most of the Bihar BJP leaders, & was completely dependent on Amit Shah's feedback. Secondly the PM hurt the"asmita" of Biharis by casting aspersions by commenting on their & their CM's DNA. If Gujratis have asmita,Biharis too have it, the PM should not forget it.Moreover Modi said Nitish's govt was shielding/supporting terrorists. No citizen(Biharis) will tolerate such type of false abuses, & that too coming from the country's PM. This Bihar election saw the worst type of accusation hurled @ each other by both NDA & JDU alliance, & it was led by the PM & Shah.

Mr Apte, you are forgetting one important point as mentioned above leading to NDA's rout- BJP not announcing their CM candidate. This duo of Modi & Shah have the habit of not selecting a CM candidate prior to elections, & then springing a surprise by hoisting a sycophant like Khattar in Haryana, who is just not able to handle things & mutters controversial things every other day. The same thing happened in Jharkhand. Nitish's slogan of "Bihari vs Bahaari" paid off, as the Biharis realised that some sycophant will be hoisted.
