Modi becomes the fascist
by dharamveer dheer on Nov 12, 2015 04:14 PM

Why to talk about hypothetical situations:
The truth is
1. PM has been given a tremendous mandate by the people of this great nation.
2. The expectations of people from current regime are sky high due to high voltage election campaign in LS 2014 elections.
3. PM and Government have miserable failed to initiate the reforms which had to be done.
3. There are many people in BJP only who dont want PM to work properly even if he wants to.
4. Focus has been on lectures and metaphors rather than live action.
5. Tactical blunders by government in changing the methods of GDP growth calculation and calculation of inflation(Read FUDGING)
6. Inability to take along the opposition in parliament.
7. Holy cow and much publicised INTOLERANCE has dented the image of govt.
8. Blalant boasting of scam free India when everyone knows the truth.
I urge our government and PM sir to please start working on ground. Otherwise similiar fate beckons in 2019 as congress in 2014.
The efforts of government in bringing crores of people in banking system is only appreciable work done till now.
Otherwise the black sheeps in BJP are not letting PM work in the way he wants.

Phylum Chordata
Nostradamus for our times.
by Phylum Chordata on Nov 06, 2015 10:59 PM

From this article, it would seem that the author of this article holds the current government in lower regard than anyone else; He is here, speculating that the the regime's natural course of action when faced with mild protests would be the ending of democracy, a close to civil liberties, an invasion by this country's largest neighbour, topped up by the mass killings of leftists, and worst of all, ineffectual letters to the New York Times. All that is missing to complete this apocalypse is Godzilla rising from the oceans.

I have to wonder if the author was a bit late in getting his article out to the web. The popular argument "why didn't you award-people get agitated over these atrocities of the past ??" had already been used umpteen times.

So we have this original gem here " Why didn't you award-people get agitated over these atrocities I am predicting for the FUTURE ?? It has mass BEHEADINGS !!"

This seems to be a suggestion that Modi will do an Indira Gandhi and impose an Emergency.

Modi was/is tolerating the ire of many minority appeasing politicians and their allies from the last 15 years, he has faced all inquiries/commissions and no stone kept unturned to malign him even before becoming PM.
It is intolerance.

I get the feeling that the writer is implying that, notwithstanding the orchestrated criticism of the Government, if we shout him out of power, there will be return to the days of scam.

That is implying great dishonesty - after deploring the emergency with his words, for someone to emulate the emergency with one's actions.

That's beyond anything he has been accused of.
