Yoga is hindu for spiritual enlightenment

Yoga is a way of attaining oneness with the Supreme God. Yoga as a way to attain moksha existed since Rigvedic times, when neither Jainism, Buddhism, Christianity, Islam nor Sikhism was even born. Chanting of OM, Pranayama, Surya Namaskar are all integral part of Yoga. The byproduct of Yoga viz., the physical exercise, breathing exercise, meditation techniques can be exploited by all human beings for their own well being. But for the sake of promoting International Yoga Day, don\'t try to convert Yoga into \"secular\" and \"atheistic\" exercise. The yoga teachers who want to make money abroad are hard selling Yoga by portraying it as \"non-religious\". The truth is Yoga is hindu and religious, and Surya Namaskar is a pure worship of Sun. It is really saddening to see that Hindu outfits are not protesting against blatant attacks on Hindu philosophy of yoga.
