Till the time it took west to accept Yoga, at least half of its span of period will be required to understand the comprehensive approach towards life our Scriptures teach us to live. Of five elements (Earth , Water , Air , Fire and Space)is our body made up of.We treat these elements as living elements. They can easily take the physical forms. The OM and Yoga is materializing the energy in the basic form in our body. The science goes further. Westerners have yet to reach that stage to understand , till that time they have enough time to ridicule. After all the Cycles and phases of understanding the nature are already decided. Thanks to India we have preserved the "mantras " (Verbal chnats) and not the physical scriptures. Later are prone to destruction , the former has the immortal existence.
