Since it is not a ordinary case but a very sensitive one & already taken political colours.But if the Judiciary wanted to punish him by hanging ,why they took so many yrs to punish? So no accountability for judiciary as well & by the way why those who allow RDX to flow in the country are left free .They were equally responsible for for the Bombay blast & should have been hanged to death with Yakub Memon to set an example to the Nation. So whole Judicial system need review to cater for the present age Why taking 22 yrs to decide a case like this which should hv taken max. 2/3 yrs. Above all since Yakub Memon brought back all his family members to India & proved himself to be decent man need pardon from one & all & thus should be spared from the Gallows till the main culprit Tiger Memon & Dawood to be brought to India & hanged till death. No loss of human being & suffering to near & dear ones of those who lost their lives in the tragedy can be brought back but @ least one life of Yakub Memon can be spared. May the justice prevail.
Why Nathuram Godse was not granted mercy? What was motive behind killing Gandhi? No personal motive was. Only reason for not granting mercy was- He was not a Muslim.
Mercy appealants pl.ask views of the victims of dreadede act and relatives of dead one before pleading for mercy.Also think that you or your loved one is and would be victim of repeat of such act and others plead for mercy.
Is the justice delivered on the basis of "Religion:...the person who have killed the persons in accident...he is favouring the guilty of 1993 blast...oh really this india...
Why don't these people support victim or any rape victim this way? The whole system is corrupt. Such supporters should be also hanged along with Yakub.

Nonsense u kill people with rdx n their families are in inconsolable pains, n u say he shld b pardoned ? Ie, supreme court has no meaning ? A small picketter is killed in lockup, please...
The death sentence to Yakub has already been considerably delayed. Why not ask the kin of the 1993 blast victims of their opinion. After all forgiveness is supreme and if the aggrieved parties forgive yakub then maybe the Hon. President may be inclined to convert the death penalty to life imprisonment. Venkatesh Iyer
This can happen only in India. - Sympathy for the person who was responsible for mass killings. - No regard for Supreme Court. - No concern for national security. and all this from the so called responsible people!
