What do you want to say about sadhvi pragya in whose case it was proved she was responsible for makka m0sque blast and many other blasts in other cities that killed many m0zzies. It is double faced views by people like you which fan c0mmunal hatred. If the yardstick of law is equal then sadhvi must be hanged also.

Motive of Secular politicians---- 1) If he hangs, they can say we tried our level best to save him...but BJP government didn't listen!!! 2) If he doesn't hang, they can say we saved him!!!
Either way Muslim votes and Jihadi money are guaranteed!!!

Shameful it is for the signatories who have woken up now, were sleeping during the 2o years past! Utterly political game. They will also claim tomorrow that Dawood is innocent, Paki terrorists are innocent, etc.
Tada court has awarded the death penalty and SC has rejected the review petition.Eminent ex judges and many eminent personalty has come out in favour of Memon on the plea that he should be given the mercy as other in the similar cases are given mercy simply because they have served the prison long due to delay in trial.Memon has served 29 years term.It is unusually long.Court decides depending on the evidence and logic provided by the prosecuting authority and the president only put his/her stamp on the order prepared by the Government,in this case the nodal agency being Home Minstry.Home Minstry thinks that giving him capital punishment shall help in restoring the confidence of the people.So it is wise to hang him.But going by many precedent recently it shall cast a doubt about the just and unbiased nature of the Indian system of governance.But state knows better and the best judge of the situation.If they have decided let it be implemented.But all the eminent persons must be disillusioned as the case may cast a permanent shadow on the functioning of our governance.However please do not politicized it and make it a Hindu Muslim issue.

When and where was it proven she is responsible? quote the judgement, is this case in appeal then, state that also. Don't make half baked note.
Yes, spare the noose, but do the way Saudi Arabia would have executed him. By the way who are these judges, politicians ,organisations and media. The nation must know their true identity and their motive to support a criminal.
All those who are opposing Sentence of Yakoob are doubting the crdibility of Supreme court and the President of India.This includes all the TV channels who have organised debate and so called discussion.These people and organisations do not have faith in the law of the land.They need to be brought to tried for contempt of apex court of India.

Yes, I entirely agree. But it would not be surprising that SC itself overrules its own decision!! We are a strange country, with strange politics, strange legislature and strange judiciary.
Do any of this people talking about mercy for yakub have anything to say for 300 innocent people who lost their lives because of him. Is his life 300 times more precious?
