Readers are requested to go through the 63 pages judgement delivered by Justice J. B. Pardiwala on 12th February, 2015 in Criminal Misc Application No 4677 of 2014 wherein the full details of how the money meant for NGO was misused by Teesta Setalvad for her personal use and luxuries. This judgement also throw light on how adamant and uncooperative Teesta Setalwad was in cooperating with the investigating agenecies. However the decision of this court to reject anticipatory bail was overruled by the Supreme Court, they have given clear direction to Teesta Setalvad to cooperate with the investigation against her. This lady is adamant, over confident and good at manipulation. In the past also courts including Supreme Court has reprimanded her for her bad behaviour.
