This celeb lady was indicted as she caused to file false affidavits in courts; why did not SC take or suggest action against her for this? Why should SC dilly dally in appointing a special bench to consider her bail application? Is she a special Indian to get this favour?
Srinivasan Jain is a known anti Modi Congress loving journalist like Rajdeep Sardesai and Sagarikka with whom he works or use to. The guy has given idiotic reasoning to try and protect Theesta. For 13 years these biased journalists along with people like Theesta tried to defame and criticize Modi no end. They have egg on their faces now with Modi becoming the most popular leader. Yet their biased anti Modi and anti BJP slant continues daily on national TV with endless useless debates trying to portray the Govt in poor light one way or the other. People have stopped viewing and hearing these fellows now since they know what they are worth or whom they work.
The easiest way for her would be to become an approver and disclose who all are the beneficiaries and her connection with the CONG party and the dirty work that she had been indulging in. Since the CONG party has turned their backs on her, she might as well spill the beans.
The very saame woman who berated the Judiciary over exoneration of Modi has now fallen at the feet of the judiciary to escape from her misdeeds. She has been accused of financial irregularity by the Gulbarg society people themselves in the name of building a museum. Museum for what? to perpetuate the communal divide and bad blood between communities. She has been making a living out of the miseries of people and it is her turn now to face the music. Remember how she reacted when the courts exonerated Modi? when the CBI was raiding her house, from 100s of miles away she phones her lawyer friend in New Delhi nad without any documents, just by the mention of it the SC gives her anticipatory bail. Remember how many thousands of prisoners are waiting their turn for years to get a hearing from the Hon'ble courts. that is the judicial system in India. Anyway, Teesta deserves this ordeal and she must remember how she was overswaLOUSLY HOUNDING PEOPLE not so long back. In the name of justice to the affected people she was perpetuating the communal divide for her own advantage. Srinivasan Jain who is a level headed journalist should desist from supporting people like Teesta who thrives keeping the pot boiling and bombarding people with unnecessary insinuations. No point in blaming the CBI for they are doing their duty.

Agree , This lady deserves the treatment for provoking minority community & create divide. She should have been behind the bar long back.
of Congress and hence of Sinner Teesta Sitalvad .She enjoyed money and publicity on behalf of her pay Masters and continuously haunted Modi and people like us who had a faith in him. Now she must face the consequences of her acts in which she tried to deceive even those who shown faith in her.
