Ok then why expansion in only BJP states?
by friendcns on Feb 12, 2015 06:39 PM  | Hide replies

These fellows talk too much whereas the truth seems like AAP is ambition of kejriwal, AAP is going to BJP ruled states very soon, why not in UP, so much corrupted state, they just want to weaken BJP, BJP(actually it's modi) is the only party that can stand firm against foreign countries , then why r you just planning to expand only against them, truth is they know they will get full minotiry votes & poor can be mislead easily, AAP today is unable to fight with SP, BSP as caste is big factor there, without thinking about national security needs a strong PM, they are attacking BJP only, it's kejriwal ambition of becoming PM, which is impossible till modi is strong

Delhi voters have shown the way. Charan Singh ploted BJP down fall and became PM and Ajit singh ji with RLD deals for central ministry with any party. Lalu and M.Singh stopped BJP and their family is in power always. YSR stopped BJP meaning TDP and his son got huge money and a party YSRCP. Navin Patnaik stopped BJP and got Congress family power for 10 yrs with 2Gs etc and Vajpayee ji and his best Govt had to loose. Mamtha Ji also did similar thing for her CM ship. Thus all those who worked to stop BJP have the nation family power and leaders like Lalu, Mulayam. Even CPI also did it and shared power with Cong. Now it is the turn of AAP and most intelligent Delhi voters. What they give to the Nation by stopping BJP only time will tell. Had Jantha Govt continued or had NDA 1999 -2004 continued nation would have had complete infrastructure like fully developed NH system running across country etc and rivers linking benefitting millions of farmers. Yes even today 45% of indian population needs govt support and aid. But freebies with out development can never be possible. Look at YSR govt in AP 2004-2014, West Bengal under CPM CPM is declared pro poor party has no industry and remains poor. Similarly Bihar under lalu was nothing but Jungele raj. Will history repeat or AAP does something unexpected time will only tell.

The beleaguered people have great expectations from AAP and the party has to rise to the occasion! Its integrity and volition are plus points which other parties do not have! The only problem is its lack of expertise in running a government and since most of them are brilliant and efficient persons they will no doubt learn it soon!

All parties opposing BJP was with AAP
by on Feb 12, 2015 06:36 PM

The main reason of win was that all parties opposing BJP was with AAP because the %age of vote share of BJP was not affected as the seat %age is reflected.

AAP's delhi sweep
by KANDASWAMY NATARAJAN on Feb 12, 2015 06:33 PM

AAP should make best use of the opportunity given to them by the electorate. They should also remember that the kind of sweep they made would not have been possible but for the cross voting by Congress and other antiBJP parties as can be seen from the fact that BJP poll percentage is intact and only marginally down. The same scenario may not repeat next time.

While it shows our regards, in a democracy there should be a healthy opposition so that the ruling party does not deviate from its path intoxicated by the majority!

Will you deliver the same that you say

I supported BJP this time. Congratulations on your victory but I still do not believe your intentions. I was very fond of you people when you were in IAC. I was seeing a hope for better future for my countrymen. But I lost hope when you said bigali half and paani maaf and in reality you increased my bills in Feb' 2014 itself. I am a honest, law abiding and tax paying citizen of this country. The government gives me nothing but I pay them honestly. It was allright, I had no expections from them. You were my hope, but when you people came, I was looted more. I am afraid this time also I and many others like me will be the ones whom will be punished. What is my fault? Honesty or the hard work that I put to get my livelihood? Do not confuse me as a BJP man. I am a common man, a software professional working in a private sector company to get my livelihood. I am very afraid of you. Will you deliver the same that you say or by creating free-free-free atmosphere, you will create only popularity for yourself and crush citizens like me.

If we do not contribute for the basic needs of the poor, then India will have to go through a 1792 style French Revolution. Let us not forget history lest we repeat it. When 90% of the population is finding the basics difficult, what is wrong if those who make more than 30 or 40 k per month contribute some more? We never hesitate to shell out 1000s in a mall for branded items, but we feel angry for paying 1000 per month extra for lifting a poor family out of suffering? What is wrong with our Souls?

AAP is ambition of Kejriwal, he is making sisodiya deputy CM, to be free for expansion of AAP in BJP ruled states(news in TOI). He can become PM only when modi is weak, he is not going to UP,he knows congress is over, kill BJP then he can become PM, his principles of governing are useless. He is taking advantage of ignorance of public

The problem with people like you is that you expect the government to dole out subsidies which many parties during election times promise without the least intention of adhering to their promises once the elections are over! As you have stated, your position in the society is far better than the teaming millions who find it difficult to meet both ends of the month! These subsidies should be limited only to the deserving so that the precious resources from our coffers are not plundered by the rulers who have scant regards for our economic stability! In the present scenario AAP is the least corrupt party and let us hope that they will retain this title and will not allow erosion of their values by admitting persons of questionable characters in the party!

Current central government is doing same things , subsidy only for poors through direct cash transfer(jan dhan yojana),they were doing that in a practical manner.

yes, good; but what is my fault. I am paying taxes and contributing. You subsidised their rates but increased my rates, the issue is this. I had not paid the debts, I incurred during the marriage of my sister but I had to pay tax. Ok, it is fine, I accept it as my obligation to the society, but why pay more for your freebies.
