I am sure PM will gracefully resign if anything goes wrong because he is keeping a tab on every small thing and he has made evry other minister a cipher including the Home Minister and the Foreign Minister. That he doesn't understand Finance is another matter of course.

However there is a loophole. he can avoid resigning by complaining that the Hindi translator was at fault.

Mr. Rangan.. Do anyone pay you for this? Its better shut and support the good movement and obviously oppose if anything bad.
This can only make a honest Indian citizen feel extremely happy. But, this is surely not the end. This is just a beginning. A lot more needs to be done to make the Govt sensitive. There cannot be any doubt that Mr.Modi would do all that is required to make this become a reality.
Biggest challenge is to take work from govt. servants, failure of all govt. policies is with class III and IV employees, who are grass root govt. servants to perform and carries govt. image, their job must come under scanner first, they should be retired early on non performance or if they are not fit, till this is not done, govt. will certainly loose its creditability in due coure of time. Modi keeping upper Babus at work is good indication.
Good, but don't shunt out bureaucrats due to their lack of Hindi knowledge. This can become counter productive. Rather, an effort should be made to reach out to them and teach them the language. Lack of knowledge of a particular language cannot be construed as an excuse to ignore good people. It is just like what was done previously - lack of good English was a reason to demean people (still happens today). Japan and Germany should be examples of this.
