Mr.Mittal,there is a pro-verb in india "New bride will sweep the roof top also".That is what is happenig today.During emergency in period in 1975-77,it was much efficent and punctual.Wait and watch for 1yr.
This is best thing to happen to the country However similar work culture needs to be at state level as well where deliverables happen & also at the municipal level
Yess !!!!!!! This shoild be the kind of policy and procedure for making the tasks to be done.These Babus should be screwd up to domplete the tasks within time limits. Now its time to perform at all levels. Only then we can become Propsperous country on the map of the World. These people have become the parasite of our country who are swallowing the growth and efforts of Honest beaurocrates who really wants to do something good for our country. Excellent job being done by BJP TEAM.
Mo ost of all our problems have been because of an oversized and inefficient bureaucracy who used to manipulate the politicians.If the bureacracy is reduced and made more efficient then progress is bound to happen.If Modi continues like this then their is no stopping India into becoming a super power.
This should have been done in 1947.. Then, we might have had electricity, schools and toilets in each village, proper equipment in the armed forces starting with the basics of clothing and food, and a fully functioning hospital in each district...
All top bureaucrats and senior executives of PSUs have been top notches in their academics. How then they have become so inefficient after getting ahead in life. They need to correct their own culture and let the Nation move forward. Lethargic , corrupt and inefficient Babus must be removed with penalty for their misdeeds. The same thing is applicable to PSU senior executives who are wasting the money of the country by simply flying for even a small task.
Most of the clerks, policeman,officers used to come his duty only for the extra income.They keep aside there salary .They are not deserve for the salary for which they are appointed .They never think about the nation they are doing job for the survival of themselves .If any H.O.D declared termination policy for the negligence of job allotted.The fear of termination will improve the efficiency
