Soon I think time has come when the law should ban political parties -using and celebrating these leaders birth days /anniversaries . It is again ignoring quit a few and using the names only for vote bank -another disgusting game

Sardar Patel who bound Indian together as one country as one nation was erasd from the history by the scions of Nehru has been reinstated to his rightful place with great honour and dignity.Justice has been done to this great son of India.
It is very heartening to note that Sardar patel is being officially remembered by the Indian Govt .The least they can do is to publish a booklet chronicling his INDIA UNITE programme so that people can compare this with the Legacy of Pandit Nehru ,which we are still forced to remember whenever Kashmir /Pakistan etc are creating problems . TWO PEOPLE -- ONE'S ACTION HELPED INDIA TO BE AN INTEGRATED COUNTRY ---OTHER'S ACTIONS LED TO CREATING KASHMIR PROBLEM ,WHICH WE ARE STILL STRUGGLING WITH . WHO WAS A BETTER LEADER? LET INDIANS DECIDE
Restoration of pride of Indians by bringing forward the truth of tough and straightforward great men like Patel, Subhash Chandra Bose, and many others whose patriotism, sacrifices and vision for our nation was kept away from the nation till now. Let the congress be fully phased out of this country as BJP makes it an uncompromising mission of congress-mukt-bharat....afterall congress has proved to be the most destructive colonial legacy thrust upon this nation.
that at last this man the "consolidator of modern India" is being highlighted and celebrated so that his actions and ideals, his leadership and his nih-svarth karma can be an inspiration for all future generations of Indians. What took Ashoka and Chandragupta and Ashoka wars and sword to achieve, he has done with his realism, practicality, determination and clear vision. Hats off to this great man of India!!! He is such an inspiration and makes us all proud.
We were sick of hearing that only Nehru and the pseudo-Gandhis mattered as far as the Congress was concerned. It was as if Nehru ALONE got us independence!! Now the shameless Congress is getting upset because the BJP is appropriating one of the Congress stalwarts who helped shape independent India.

The sycophantic Congis are really hurting to learn that today’s India cares two hoots about its leaders. No doubt, Indira Gandhi was a good leader – except for the stigma of the emergency, but we all were getting quite sick of hearing that only Nehru and the pseudo-Gandhis mattered to them. They could see no other Congress great who led our country to its freedom.
All the great Congress leaders who fought for, and got us our Independence, have been brushed under the carpet – not to be heard of again. It’s time these pseudo-Gandhis get the same treatment!
