Big industrialist and politicians must have already covered their tracks. I dont expect much fireworks from the names given to the SC. Both congress and BJP may have the last laugh
Re: Will these names will be available to public?

All the account is not black money, nor the list will be made available. The Court wants to take the control from Govt. The Judges presume they are people of better integrity than Namo!
The Supreme Court should disband and induct more officers with proven track record and not just the heads of the depts who are directly with the government. Also such officers be made in charge to mediate with the foreign governments, and the confidentiality clause and due process of law benefits should not be given people who have illegally stashed national wealth in a foreign country. The Supreme Court must consider giving constitutional status to Income Tax Department as a Comission as the direct reporting to the government makes all the problems worse and leading to protecion of corrupt people whether businessmen or politician. The Supreme Court must also take way the immunity clause given to senior bureaucrats and political leaders including Ministers, MPs, Ex MPs, as this clause is creating hurdle to properly investigate the wrong doings whether it is financial or any illegal acts. The govts normally either delay giving sanction and or do not at all given sanction to prosecute erring people. The Maharashtra Anti Corruption Department is having long list with them to prosecute such people, but the govt has not given permission to prosecute. Why there is two law to face prosecution, for Indian citizens. The law should be same for all Indians. Supreme Court also ban contribution by corporate to the political party. Banning this alone with put the functioning 60% proper without corruption. Funding of parties by Corporate is the main reason for all sorts of corruption
NDA Government has made a smart move by handing over the complete list lock, stock and barrel to Supreme Court. They have killed number of birds in one stone by this gesture.
1.0 They have obtained maximum political mileage from this step, as the drama has come out in the public domain, with Government watching the fun. 2.0 They have also washed their hands off from the pre-poll announcement that actual money will come back, thus saving themselves the criticism by pushing the ball completely in SC domain. If money does not come back, they can always say that SC did not allow them to function effectively and systematically in the issue. 3.0 Whoever is in the list will now have to face the music of defending themselves. Government will have nothing to do in the matter. 4.0 If the matter goes to CBI, it is all the more fun for everybody. 5.0 In my opinion, the court has exceeded their brief, by not understanding the politics of the entire matter and by under estimating Government motive.

Black Money case, while I welcome SC's order of investigation only by SIT, certain facts which is beyond my understanding.
1. Names of all those having legal/illegal bank accounts abroad already given to SIT appointed by SC on June 26th by Modi government. Why SC wants that list from government? Why can't SC ask SIT for that list?
2. As soon as names are made public, character assassination will commence for all of them. Few MAY have legal accounts but no body(may be except agencies probing it) knows how many legal and how many illegal out of the said 800.
3. Shouldn't SC have asked SIT to quickly establish the cases, find those having illegal bank accounts and make those names public?
4. Why SC didn't ask government to make even those names public which were given amnesty by previous government? Number is said to be 100.
5. Why SC didn't give any clarification regarding the treaties? They just said that they'll bother about it later.
6. Most importantly, SC's gratuitous remarks (including ordering GoI to provide all names and not investigate) were not in writing but oral. Why didn't they give it in writing?
Note that, SC issued order for making names public in 2011.

Why are you supporting these politicians so much???
I find it very hard to believe that someone who's stacked a paltry 8000 crores (paltry because others have amounts in excess of 25,000 crores) has done so in conformity with RBI regulations.

oh really, if they workso fast then why crores of cases still pending, why no action plan provided by SC to close these cases in time bound manner, is because no one can question them. why JJ was given bail by SC when denied by HC of karnataka citing old decision given by SC.we have seen bunch of judges involved in scams and favoring XYZ political parties in past.

Ball is still in the court of Govt as they have all the investigating agencies, SC will only take updates from those agencies and govt, so NDA or BJP work is not over...
