Politics
by arungopal agarwal on Oct 03, 2014 12:07 PM

So long it is not made mandatory for govt. servants, it will remain politics, at least Chauki or Thana Incharge should be held responsible for any unclean place, so that he takes action on the concerned deptt, or public to get the area cleaned. Today they only see from where they can mint money.

Clean India Campaign

Instead of applauding Modi for initiating this wonderful program by which India can become clean, it was disgusting to see the anti Modi forces nitpicking in the usual anti Modi TV debates led by anti Modi anchors and saying that the program will not succeed and blah, blah, blah.

Modi and the whole country knows that changing the attitude of Indians towards cleaniness will take many years and results cannot be obtained overnight. Modi has atleast made a beginning and let us all support him. Even a city state like Singapore took years to show results. The psuedos haven't yet got over their depression at seeing Modi as PM.

why we Indian always want go abroad why we always want to work abroad why it is a big prestige issue to work/study abroad etc etc there are several reason and one of them they are clean means there almost all street/Road are very neat and clean. whenever any Indian will visit he will appreciate there effort and will took photographs in such different location and will update on Facebook then as usual his Indian friends will visit his FB Pics and started dreaming .why we cant bring India on same platform??truly speaking Mr NAMO is the first person who really want to work on this issue and want to make stand India on same level instead of praising or supporting his effort as usual few people started criticizing there effort but this time Modi or all Indian should not give up and work toward this movement with full force beyond politics and need to show all other countries yes come in India and see what we can do cheers India .....

Please get transhbins, trash collection and closed sewages
by kuttichathan mydear on Oct 03, 2014 10:29 AM

All this drama with brooms is ok if its just to create awareness. BUT we really need to install trashbins, system to collect the trash and for wet waste proper sewage and disposal technologies. Especially in trains installing propoer trash collection and waste disposal should be the highest priority... otherwise this will just be another drama.

Every word he speaks and every action he carries out, whether he does that in India or on foreign soil, his ultimate aim is to strengthen his own position within his party and to project himself as larger than life. Every speech he delivers sounds like an election campaign speech. Best wishes to him, on his image makeover from JaggaDaaku to ChaChaModi.

It is not his fault, our politicians hitherto used sloganeering to motivate only during elections for narrow vote bank politics after that non of the governance items that was supposedly launched for people every aimed at people movement. Barring "Ghareebi hathaao" (even if it were a farce) nothing worthwhile done by our politicians -- center or state level that attempted people movement. Hence we are made to say "Every speech he delivers sounds like an election campaign speech.". Hence I am sure, Modi, who knows all these very well, wouldn't bother about such diatribes and would focus on making the mission successful -- Mission is to make every one of us to move towards cleanliness (not just personal or private space, but everywhere).

Don't you maintain cleanliness today? If not, you will not do that even after Mochi's speech. Cleanliness comes from within, not by external agents.
