India and Pakistan agreement on Kashmir has to include Pakistan Occupied Kashmir. Otherwise there will be no agreement. Also they have to categorically state that they had been gifted the land by India, which Pakistan now occupies.

There seems to be no permanent solution to the Kashmir issue since the puppet government in Pakistan which is under the whims of the military has no power to implement its own decisions notwithstanding its sincerity! Hence let us not spend more money on such farces called negotiations and summits!

Allow Kashmiris residing in POK to elect their representatives to participate in the activities of Legislative Assembly of Jammu & Kasmir , one of the states of Indian Republic , so that a time will come when the artificial LOC will be broken like the Berlin wall in Germany

What does this author trying to convey? Pakistan and Peace? Unless they change their enemy mentality with India they will never be able to talk peace. First of all they should internally agree what is their strategy for peace by ISI, Pak Civil Government and the Army. Unless the elected government has control on the Army and ISI, they will never be able to talk about peace with India.

yesterday one of your minister Rehman Malik about about the presence of the dreaded Islamic State terror group in the country. He said Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif should sensitise the world community about the rapid penetration of IS into several countries and use the forum of SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) for setting up of an international desk for sharing information about the group’s activities. TALK SOMETHING IN SENSITIVE IN INTEREST OF YOUR NATION AND WORLD PEACE, NOT ENCROACHING OTHER TERRITORY.

should immediately vacate Kashmir illegally occupied by them and grant independence to Sindh and Balochistan. We can then talk of a solution. It is war otherwise....and this time the war will wipe Pakistan and Pakistanis off the map of this world

The interview with Mr.Khurshid Nahmoud Kasuri is honest and transparent. But, he should have given a hint of agreed framework. Indians analogy 'Nixon going to China' did not and does not fit in India Pakistan relationship. From his interview it can be speculated that
the agreed solution could be partition of Jammu & Kashmir, where in Pakistani controlled area remaining with them with some special provision for movement of people, goods and services.
I had recently suggested to Mr. Narendra Modi, the PM, to facilitate a kind of Round Table Conference of all Jammu and Kashmir stake holders, without participation of government representatives, both Indians and Pakistani, to get a feel of people of all regions of Jammu & Kashmir.
Unfortunately, media in India and to some extent government communique are treating Pakistani occupied Kashmir as Pakistani territory. Which is not. Even Pakistani constitution does not recognize it as Pakistani territory.
Elections are being held in Jammu & Kashmir, but the Pakistani occupied areas of J&K should also be represented in the Assembly, even if we may have to nominate them proportionally or otherwise on basis of strength of parties getting seats.
We have neglected the Constitutional rights of people of Pakistani occupied areas of erstwhile Jammu & Kashmir Riyasat.

I agree residents of POK should be allowed to elect their representatives to participate in the activities of J&K State, and one day the so-called LOC will be fallen like the Berlin Wall of Germany
