Why no action is taken against the builders? Also, against Adarsh?

In Adarsh Hosing society most of the politicians and influential peoples are involved as members and interested parties and nothing will happen in their case and one fine day al irregularities of Adarsh will be regularised. Why CBI who wanted to prosecute EX CM Ashok Chavan wan not granted permission by the Governor of Maharashtra ? If there is nothing illegal, CBI should have been given free hand to deal in the matter. When the government has already regularised hundreds of buildings in Pimpri Chinchwad in Pune and Ulhasnagat in the past, why no such benefits to Campa Cola residents who has invested their hard earned money for their flats and are staying for years ?

this is set game plan, SC should have demolished Adarsh society 1st in order to show law and order but they did not bcoz lot of high rank people have stakes in adarsh. So to set Adarsh right they 1st sent orders for campa cola knowing tht resident will cry and ask for mercy and as a result new law will be made to regularise these flats thus clearing way for adarsh as well and it will be regularised too.... so relax everything is planned.

There are many buildings rising erect with the blessings of corrupt offices. Is there any similar action? What about Aadarsh society? Why no action against the corrupt authorities who turned Nelson`s eye to the building in rising up against the law? Many of them now wont be able to afford to buy houses or on rent. Thus the people choose the wrong ways to survive.

There may be 1000s of illegal constructions. But, is there any order by competent court to demolish those structures. For campa cola, there is Supreme court order.

There are crores of criminals freely walking. Just 1/10th reach the Court level and from that there will be conviction in just 5%. Should those 5% be spared because there are crores of criminals walking free.

Its like a robber who is caught saying, there are are thousands of robberies all around, r u catching them?! If anyone is really concerned abt illegality of other constructions, take them to court and get them demolished. Google about Traffic Ramasamy, only people like have the moral authority to question such stuff, not the ones who wanted to make a profit by taking risk involving illegality.

Please be honest to yourself. The people residing in Campa Cola have purchased the flats without Occupancy certificate with the expectation that they can pay the penalty and on a future date the illegality will be regularised. But, fate decided otherwise. And certainly they are not poor. No poor man in India at any time either in the past or now or in future had or will have money to buy a flat at Mumbai.

It is very surprising that SUPREME COURT has punished residents for buying illegal flats but what about the BUILDER who has cheated people & if the flats were illegal why did it register them giving people that these are regularised.BMC helped the BUILDER IN CHEATING SIMPLE PEOPLE .WHY SHOULD NOT THE OFFICIALS OF BMC & BUILDER BE PUNISHED? HOPE SUPREME COURT WILL BE SYMPATHETIC TO THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE LOST THEIR SHELTER & LIFE,S SAVING .

Campa Cola brouhaha

Permission and authorization to build is not a requirement in this corruption-riven country...only massive hafta and baksheesh is required to grease the palms of the corrupt netas, babus and their cronies to look the other way.
In another note, with land such a finite entity and becoming more scarce by the day, the need of the hour is higher denisty...it's time the municipalities upped the FSI to meet the crushing need for more housing.
What's urgently required is comprehensive urban planning to meet the needs of the 21st century and beyond.
