If PM is interested in reforms he should first reform PMO/CMO offices by introducing responsibility and accountability. Usually PMO and CMO offices won't inform or pass on public complaints/suggestions to them and instead through the letters into waste paper baskets and keep PMO/CMOs in dark. This attitude should be set right forthwith by PM. Every complaint/suggestion letters intended to PM should be acknowledged, followed/forward up, hence forth whom to be contacted on the complaint and status be informed immediately to the complainant. Similarly ministers also should acknowledge the complaints to public.
