Make every NGO accountable for each & every receipt-be it in Indian currency or foreign currency. Keep a close watch on those NGOs that represent any particular caste/community pausing a threat to national security.
Most of the NGO are run by influential people's wives and/or political hands...Govt. should monitor these NGO as larger part of the money might not have been used for the official purpose ...This is also creating Black money....It is as good as money laundering
