what about congo which is 97% christians. And why we do not get report on gujrat, tn, kerala,hp,uk, etc....Because there is governance in the state
Instead of trying the cases at courts, it is better to shoot the accused at spot whom the victim identifies as the offender. if the matter is taken to court, ten more cases will add up. Here some innocent may be made scapegoats, but this is nothing what has happened to the womankind over the years in our country.

Instead of Shooting or trying in courts the best Preventable measure will be 'CHOPPING OFF THE MALE ORGAN' of the Rapist. All rapes will be stopped
