In India so far National Capital was very well known as Rape Capital of India. (Print this message). But, now the situation has changed completely that Utter Pradesh has been very well known as Rape Capital of UP, every day nearly 2 to 3 incidents are being taken up and Rape Victims are hanged to trees. NCW of UP has presented a representation to UP Governor to dismiss the UP government immediately. Today BJP members have met the Governor and had a detailed discussions about 20 minutes about the failure of UP Government to control Rape incidents and to catch hold the persons due to utter failure of Police people, secondly power problem is very grim in Lucknow, Gaziabad, Agra, Gorakpur, Varanasi, Merut, Noida etc. similarly water scarcity is also giving alarming due to utter failure of Bap-Beta government in Utter Pradesh. Why Governor is not so serious that people of UP are facing all types of problems - he is suppose to send a message to President of India to dissolve the UP Assembly and impose President Rule at the earliest. Similar request has been made by the former UP BSP CM also.

Check, there is a rape of a 5 years girl in Gujrat. Go and impose prez rule first

India is in nfs of these old people who have lived their lives and have no thinking skills at all. This modi is same as previous PM's. They all are same. Militray should take over or eevry women should keep some kind of weapon, The only solution is Encounter. Our country's Janta is sleepy too. They don't want to interfere in anything.
Unlimited rapes will continue to take place as entire system including judiciary functions on Bazar - canteen model i.e the one to one relationship between the judge and the accused / complainant.

Dude, law and order is a state subject. SP has to handle the rape cases. Rapes in UP will stop when a few Dalits start raping a few Yadav girls and wake up a useless govt.

He is enjoying his time. He is enjoying his rest of the life. They all are same. OLD and have lived their lives. Don't care. I think if any young women in her house will get raped. He will do soemthing then.
