It is very inspiring and interesting that our education system is so flexible . Still so much of population is illiterate. There is a lot to be done in this regard.
We can switch to e-Education by investing a fraction of the cost required compared to the conventional education offered till now. It basically requires will from the government and participation from the Non govt sector. The 21% financially constrained group can easily be converted to Graduates.That is 33.33% achivement!!!
Its a western lie that lowe castes werent allowed to study in inida.. Veda vyasa, Valmiki, thiruvalluvar etc were not from upper castes.. even today the uppercaste chants the hymns of great intellectal content by lower caste nammalwar.. 17 century british records show that % of low caste people in school was much higher than the forward castes.. India is lagging becos of the reservation.. the deserving people of both upper and lower are chased out of our country.. the policy makers are illiterate thugs

The suffering of Blacks was much more or atleast on par with the Backward castes of india.. yet they dont ask for reservations in USA.. The reason US is so pwerful today is it is a merit based society.. even today most intellectual achievements in US are by jews.. but that doesnt mean they are superior.. the blacks contribute in their own way for the development of nation
May I know what is the percentage of total graduated in globe? In that what was the percent share of India? In India Govt schools alone produce right fruits than the private junk schools? The private schools are meant for eating of govt money in the form of scholarships and fee from parents. Huge amounts will be collected by private agency especially for education and health. I have a question to MCI. How many doctors are needed to Indian population and how many are at present? Why MCI is not allowing to produce more doctors to meet the needs of Indian population? How long does Indian do wait for a doctor to see his health status with this dense population? Why MCI is more reluctant to produce more doctors? What is their interest on Indian? Were they purchased by several agencies or do they not show interest on Original Indian? So MCI is responsible for every citizen health. Similar way Govts are responsible to produce more of their own institutes for the creation of best knowledge centers. It is the duty of people to awaken the elected members. As long as they are away from their work it is the responsibility of Central govt to educate the governing systems. Even if governing systems fail then law must come forward to help the officers for the development of INDIAN to acquire knowledge. I hope as on Platinum Jubilee of Independence all Indians may get education only from government and not from huge fee collecting centers and their encouraging bodies.

in the recent past education has become very expensive, there by discouraging students and parents. the government schools and colleges need to be strengthened. hope education will become a top priority for government and public as well.
