All of a sudden in ureban India - women have sprung up to file cases on matters that are old and buried. How strange and foolish are we all - the model goes alongwith the DCP to a hotel without resistance and after more than a year gap complains of rape ?
Police guys are moral less, goondas, twist law for a bribe but the women are also not sati-savitri types. They offer themselves to underworld and become a tool to trap some one or harass some one. The current police force makes high money out of this foolish policing.
The smses and other relationshoip data inbetween the DCP and the model is not to be disputed. But the tim,e gap is a major element. Mumbai police arrests and lodges cases against senior citizens upon complaints by moral less women for whistling etc.
So the law, the ingredients for lodging and arrest alleged offenders and cases have to be debated and sense-sified.

But why should a police officer flirt with a women of fall in her trap if it is so? Where is the moral of service? That is why prostitution is not going to end in India. Police takes Haftas.

What about 16 December 2012 incident?
Was the girl who died from severe injuries after the crime was brutally and inhumanly committed on her doing so because it is "fashionable" to cry rep?

zdont you think that as the charged person is such a high ranking officer, the victim may not have been to scared to raise the issue till now, or, he may have been befooling her and she has now realised his intentions.

Understand your point. At the same time women are taking advantage of the law favoring them. Truth will come out only after an unbiased investigation.
