This corrupt political system does not have any regard for ability,efficiency, It only wants money. That is why intelligent officer like Kumar had to pay bribe despite commandable performance .Throw this system out.

He had been collecting bribe and paying bribe, other wise how could he manage such a big amount to get the coveted post? and eventually to earn more in bribes. He willfully accepted the system of bribes and been the promoter of the system. Rawan was also an intelligent and learned person with great number of boons but finished one day. So his days are probably finished.
It is now the need of time that Supreme court should open a new 'CBI' to handle corruption charges of congressi people...Currently people know only about those corruption charges which came out openly..Imagine the level of those which never get caught..Not even a single congressi is dependable..
If the post of Member - Railway board is sold for Rs.90 Lacs,then what is the value of the Chair of Cabinet Minister & Minister of State? More important;Who gets that money?
This great grand old party under the present leaders has stooped to its lowest ebb in history.Let the people decide what sin they did to deserve to choose minister who belong to this party.
