forces even well meaning and highly competent and qualified individuals to resort to unlawful means...this is clearly a case of system failure...I don't know to how much blame to be passed on to him....that will be found by the enquiry which is sure to follow. Bad for bright people. Imagine such people working under the railway ministers that we had in the past...it is noteworthy that he is from IRS, not IAS, maybe that's why he got caught !! Investigation should ask about the source of income for paying this Rs 90 lakhs. The chain may go a long way and many people will land in this net. If PK Bansal is refuting this charges against his Nephew, he should come clean in the investigation. PM atleast now, should sack both the law minister and railway minister, to have a faceoff with people.

if mony baba is going to sack all the corrupt ministers, he might be left alone (?? some doubt on his own integrity)
Since last two months I am sending reminders to Rahul Gandhi on his facebook page that, " Mr. P.K.Bansal, Railway Minister is of congress party. Congress rules in Mumbai-Maharashtra. Railway officials in Mumbai are mis-using their discretion powers and harrasing rail users / trading public. I got document evidences. Mr Rahul Gandhi are you intetested to see document evidences ?". Rahul Gandhi did NOT shown interest to see document evedences. So just day before yesterday I stated on Rahul Gandhi's facebook page that, " I presume that you belive in CORRUPTION and NOT in co-operation, so I am making you UNLIKE" Yesterday Mahesh Kumar, General Manager of Western Railway Mumbai caught in corruption matter.

90 Lakhs bribe just for member post. Then how much he must have earned and how much he will earn in the new post. How much the central minister earns? I couldn't digest.
