Its a clever conspiracy to cover-up the Agustawestland issue. Both the govts are hostile to each other now, so they got the excuse to bury down the scam which could unearth dirty facts of both the countries.. Good game plan and acted by both the state players and we the people of India seething with anger for poor marines who has nothing to do with it....
well the pride and dignity of the nations depend on the poverty,in simple term the pride of the nation is proportional to its poverty,look our roads as if they are just bombarded by an enemy nation,people are defecating on the road side,look the government hospitals,u just cannot pass through it, well all this things count before the eyes of white people before giving respect dignity to us,am i right or wrong.
The Italian Marines were represented by the best of best counsel of the country Mr. Harish Salve who is known for his legal expertise,efficiency,wisdom and tact for handling the difficult matters. Most of the senior counsels it is heard that they get uncomfortable on knowing that the oppsite counsel is Harish Salve. He has remain a friend of the court and was asked to help the court in many matters in the past and he command respect from all including the honourable judges for his excellent legal knowledge. He gives serious attention and justice to whatever cases he attend Unlike the government counsel who was not a match for Mr Salve at all. The Government counsels are appointed by the Government and works under the instructions and directions from the governments or the law ministry . May be he was instructed to not to oppose the bail application seriously or strongly and in absence of such move, the forceful arguements of Mr Salve supported by Italian envoys undertaking for marines return tilted balance in his clients favour.Why there was no serious meeting by the Prime Minister, Law Minister, and the Solicitor General like they had on the 14th March,2013 before the supreme court gave decision that Italian envoy who has given undertaking can not leave our country till the marines return for trial. The Government has totally failed in taking due care in this matter and are fully exposed and made them a laughing stock in the eyes of the world.

Harish Salve may not be a party to this breach of trust by Italy. However, i don't think he is very ethical in choice of clients. Of course, legally speaking he has every right to represent crooks in the courts.
crooks and criminals from almst anywhere get away with serious crimes in india... 1) purulia arms drop criminals escaped. 2)Quattrochi escaped with govts help 3)italian marines have now escaped...paki criminals contimue to kill indians beheading soldiers...and our govt. is busy preparing crookish ways to win next elections....!!!!!
Why blame "Italian Hand"? It's the "Indian Hand" (read Congress) that is corrupt!
India is what it is because of we Indians. No point blaming Britishers for British Raj or Italians for defense scams. They may be crooks BUT it's the Indians who have sold the country to crooks!
