My dear fellow, Advani was born when there was no Pakistan. All those born in Pakistan before independence are said to be born in undivided India and not in Pakistan.Have some sense.

It is a well written piece and the issue needs to be handled with due care and application of mind since it has portent to be blown out of control both nationally and internationally.A matured analysis and handling is the call of the day.

The problem here is that anybody and everybody has opinion on anything and everything. We ourselves do not respect our system. The system has many loose ends and very easy to break and get away....

India's Hollow

Interesting takes by various bloggers. Can anyone update the present status of the case, in Kerala High Court or wherever.
Can anyone tell how long you can detain a person (a foreign national in this case) by dragging on the case. Accepted the Italian Marines were housed comfortably, but how long one can carry on, as per international law.
Need some expert opinion on this...can anyone help here??
