in appointing a lokayukt by clean sidelining an elected govt, and con gress smelling victory in all this, I don't hv a scintilla of doubt that like K'taka (con agent) governor Varadyaj, this kamla has been sent with a single-minded agenda nab modi by hook or by crook.

judges are appointed by a collegium of supreme court judges and executive i.e government has no role to play in it

I know from very reliable and informed sources that Altmas Kabir is the most corrupt CJI India ever had. More so than KJ Balakrishnan. It appears he charges 10s of crores for posting judges in states and much more for the Supreme Court. Before you state that the media has not spoken about, let us all accept that the media has been bought and very well at that. Shame on all of you folks who clamour for active Lokayuktas in BJP ruled states, but would like pedestrian ones in CON ruled states, that do not even bother to accept dictates of these offices.

Kamla Beniwal is an active CONgress Woman, as is HR Bharadwaj. The latter has gone on public record to say so. What then is the legitimacy of the governor's office. Like everything else, the CON party has sullied the fair name of governors by appointing its stooges. If ever there was a curse on India, it is something called CONgress which does not allow legitimate Progress.
Modi ji wants that the person kept to be a watchdog should be appointed by the state government. You can see that his dictatorial attitude is no different from the Congress. I think the only alternative before the people is Aam Aadmi Party. They are slowly expanding their network across the country.

Modi filed a curative petition with supreme court against supreme court's original verdict approving appointment of lokayukta appointed by governor. he spent Rs. 45 Cr of public money to stop Mr Mehta's appointment as lokayukta and now supreme court has rejected all his arguments

Even in Karnataka Lokayukta Santosh Hegde let off former Congress CMs Krishna, Dharam Singh, JDS Kumaraswamy and only targeted Yeddy of BJP.
